There is no fixed formula to get the right size. It depends on your skill and style, and if you use it for practice, dance or performance. Mundo Bambolê – a traveling hoop project

Mundo Bambole is a project of Mundo Babushka that promotes activities and products around the circus art of hoop dancing. Our goal is to awaken the joy of hoop dancing with demonstrations and performances, sharing experiences and conducting workshops. By promoting hoop dancing skills, we also encourage a body consciousness that comes with its practice.
